A Recruitment Campaign, an Onboarding Campaign, and a Renewal Campaign Walk Into an Association…

April 22 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Course Description:

Most associations run recruitment, onboarding, and renewal campaigns like they have nothing to do with each other. And honestly? Members can likely tell.

They get a generic pitch before they join. A welcome email that could’ve gone to anyone. And a renewal notice that shows up out of nowhere because nothing meaningful happened in between.

In this session, we’re walking through all three. What good actually looks like at each stage, what results real associations are seeing, and what changes when these campaigns stop living in separate silos and start working as one connected story.

No fluff. Just practical examples, real numbers, and a few things you can take back to your team.

Learning Objectives:

Understand what’s stopping prospects from joining — and how to address it before they disappear

Recognize the moments in year one that determine whether a member renews

Identify why members lapse and what to do about it before the deadline hits
