COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This interactive program goes beyond theory. Experienced facilitator and Subject Matter Expert, Paul Glover, shares his story of success, failure, recovery. Then, utilizing Paul’s proven Fail Forward Process consisting of:
• Attempt: Take bold action and embrace calculated risks.
• Setback: Learn from inevitable setbacks – they’re not failures, they’re learning opportunities.
• Analyze: Unearth the root causes and identify areas for improvement.
• Adapt: Refine the approach based on your learnings.
