So What Is CRM Anyway? How These Modern Tools Can Help You Increase Sales, Members, Sponsors or Just About Anything Else

August 29 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Way back when, companies purchased CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage their sales pipeline. Today, through fierce competition, vendors of these products have introduced tools for service desks, marketing departments, customer support, quoting, and much more. Additionally, the ability to customize these systems with no coding whatsoever makes them incredibly flexible to solve any kind of business process challenge. Whether your company is selling products, services, memberships or is just supporting a group of interested people (like an NGO), CRM tools will pull you out of the world in which your company is managed by Excel spreadsheets. In this course, we will go over industry use cases and some of the built-in capabilities available in CRM tools.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Overview of where CRM systems came from and what they have become. Modern CRM systems today. What can you use it for in your business?
How can you harness the power of these no-code systems to improve productivity, sales, customer/client retention, track/report customer behavior, manage customer issues, and create just about any tracking tool you can dream up.
