Course Description:
Yes, our organizations should have a framework they use to unify purpose and align resource investments to mission. Yes, when strategy is just an exercise in creating an artifact that is refreshed every 3-5 years, is an organization truly strategic? This session will touch on how the strategic framework is a nexus to year-round strategy and then review a half dozen approaches that associations use to ensure they are building the strategic capacity and fluency of staff and leadership every day.

Review how a strategic framework can, when properly structured, serve as an organizational nexus and north star
Examine approaches to incorporating strategic practices into regular organizational function
Evaluate the volunteer and staff frameworks needed to elevate the strategy potential of an organization
