COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Data governance is a cross-functional management activity that, at its core, recognizes data as an asset which is used to achieve strategic and operational goals. In this presentation we will review what data governance is, why it’s important, as well as the policies, roles, and responsibilities that enable an association of any size to operationalize data governance processes.
