As someone who interacts with your membership data every day, you see the number of duplicated and outdated records that are crowding your database. Do you want to invest in a data clean-up project but aren’t sure how to convince your team? Tune in to our session for a pulse check on the health of your data, see how your data quality compares with other associations, and walk away with the tools you need to communicate the importance of data hygiene to your team and stakeholders.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Participants will walk away with an estimate of how much dirty data is currently costing their association.
  • Participants will be able to see how their data quality compares with other associations.
  • Participants will learn how to communicate the importance of data hygiene to stakeholders.

As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for CAE credits toward your CAE application or renewal of professional development requirements.
