COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Learn how to go undercover to review association website pages and the results of voicemails, emails, and contact-us forms. You will be trained as an undercover member to understand what these experiences and interactions can be within any organization through the perspective of an association member. Learn what to look for that may be confusing, unclear, or outdated for your members and prospective members. Additionally, in this highly engaging session, you will be challenged with examples and illustrations to elevate the member and event attendee experience.

- Learn how to see member engagement points through the perspective of a new member
- Learn how to partner with others and target areas for review in a timely manner
- Learn how to energize and get total staff buy-in for an improved overall member experience
