What constitutes a data breach?  No one organization can prevent itself from experiencing a data breach incident.  Having an annually updated response and recovery plan will help your organization successfully manage a data breach incident.  Regulatory requirements including the 50 state breach notification laws, the FTC Red Flags Rule, the HIPAA HITECH data breach requirements, the PCI Data Security Standards, and the COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).  Data breach risk management recommendations for affected individuals including employees and customers.  Join us to learn more about data breach response and best practices.
