Attend this session and learn different leadership styles and the impacts they have on teams including attracting and retaining strong employees, building a diverse workforce, recognizing team strengths and minimizing team vulnerabilities. You will leave with the much-needed practical guidance on how to build effective and collaborative teams within your organization.
