When you think about an effective team, what comes to mind? Building and managing teams can be a challenging prospect to leadership, but not unreachable. Attend this session and learn different leadership styles and the impacts they have on teams including attracting and retaining strong employees, building a diverse workforce, recognizing team strengths and minimizing team vulnerabilities. You will leave with the much-needed practical guidance on how to build effective and collaborative teams within your organization.
