Marcus Leite is the sales and marketing director at WorkerBee.TV, the digital agency empowering associations for digital growth, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He cuts together his expertise in creating compelling content and his mastery of market dynamics to turn aspiring prospects into brand champions.

Before pioneering association-empowering programs for WorkerBee.TV, Marcus’ creative thinking and love for turning abstract concepts into elegant solutions led him to a successful stint in digital marketing for Buhler Industries. His obsession with analytics, purpose-driven decision making and radical ownership later led him to drive a 76 percent revenue growth at an industry-leading heavy equipment manufacturer. 

Now, Marcus has set his sights on a world where every association serves an enjoyable, purposeful, profitable member experience and he’s hell-bent on leading his team to make it happen. When he’s not blazing trails in the association space, you can find him blazing technical trails on the Canadian Shield, joined by his loving partner and their American Bulldog, George.
