Wade is a CPA who brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to U.S. Transactions Corp. He was previously with Ernst & Young and PWC.  He managed three early-stage fast-growth companies in the life sciences industry. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics. U.S. Transactions Corp. (UST) was founded in 2009. UST is a successful Fintech company with a leading payments automation solution (USTPay) for Microsoft Dynamics 365. UST is also a successful media company with a professional education platform offering 200 webinars and symposiums for professional and trade association executives.
