So, your association has a strategic plan, now what? As the chief staff officer, the pressure is on to make it happen (and fast!). This session will equip you with some next steps in making sure your volunteers, staff, partners, and board are in the right place to support your goals and drive your mission forward.

Develop clear goals to enhance the volunteer experience and guide volunteers to serve in the most effective roles.
Analyze and organize staff resources to optimize program development and eliminate inefficiencies, building a lean, focused team.
Cultivate a future-focused board culture that recognizes and supports the chief staff officer’s role in driving organizational alignment.
As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for CAE credits toward your CAE application or renewal of professional development requirements.
