COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A Code of Ethics articulates the values of your organization and expresses the ideal standards of ethical behavior expected of those we work with and for. As such, a well defined and articulated Code of Ethics can serve as both a governance tool and a strategic management tool. Join us for an engaging discussion on how a Code of Ethics can enhance your organization and help you to become a more effective leader, while gaining one CAE Ethics credit.
