In Today’s dynamic environment, nonprofit organizations must be prepared to navigate uncertainty while staying focused on their mission. In this session, we will explore practical approaches to scenario planning and revenue diversification that support financial sustainability.
 
Participants will learn how to build and evaluate ‘what-if’ financial scenarios, identify strategies to diversify and stabilize revenue streams, assess growth and expansion opportunities, and apply key questions and best practices throughout the planning process.
