A CEO’s Guide to IT Teams, Tech Capacity & Strategic Impact

August 27 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Course Description:

In many nonprofits, IT is expected to be all things to all people—strategist, troubleshooter, project manager, cybersecurity expert, and helpdesk. But the reality is, your IT department’s structure fundamentally shapes what is realistically achievable. This webinar is designed exclusively for nonprofit CEOs and executive leaders to demystify the capabilities of different IT team models—whether you have a fully outsourced setup, a solo tech generalist, or an internal team.

Learning Objectives:

Develop a clear framework to understand IT department’s structure and limitations.

Compare expected outcomes from different IT team sizes using an evaluation matrix.

Develop strategies for improving communication, trust, and alignment between executives and IT staff.
