Course Description:
This session will provide an in-depth look at the Association of the United States Navy’s (AUSN) strategic two-year transformation plan. Participants will explore the organization’s renewed mission, leadership transition, financial restructuring, and membership reinvention strategies. The course will highlight how AUSN is positioning itself for long-term sustainability through targeted investments, new revenue models, and reputation-building efforts. Attendees will gain insights into aligning board and staff priorities with revenue generation while maintaining a strong infrastructure and community presence.
