Your association’s education, especially at live meetings, helps drive, invigorate, and engage your members. Before you get to the meeting though, you need to solicit ideas from your membership. Collecting abstracts and speaker information is not glamorous but it is the key to setting your association up for success. Learn how to lay out your process to make it easier on you, your volunteers, and your members. We will cover nuanced ways to refine your method, and potentially create new revenue streams, ensuring you have the right partners to drive your success.
