Course Description:
Join us for an in-depth webinar tailored to nonprofit leaders and grants professionals navigating the evolving federal policy landscape. This session will provide an overview of critical Executive Orders, their implementation and impact on nonprofits. Finally, the webinar will explore proactive strategies that nonprofit leaders can adopt in response to these significant changes, empowering organizations to adapt effectively while continuing to fulfill their missions.
Learning Objectives:
Identify important Executive Orders implementing revised policy for federally funded nonprofits and agency approaches to implementation.
Explain federal rights to update terms and conditions of awards, as well as terminate federal awards that “no longer effectuates agency priorities.”
Evaluate key underlying federal civil rights laws implicated by certain of the Executive Orders and discuss practical compliance considerations.
Develop strategies for nonprofit leaders to respond effectively to the changing federal landscape.
