Your event is a product, and it should be designed to meet the needs of your audience. Product development starts with understanding the audience at a fundamental motivational level. But how can you learn what it is your members need, especially if they don’t know it themselves? Intended for those who plan or market events, discover an exciting new approach to enhancing your events. Learn core design constructs to help you think about your event in new ways, and break into interactive groups for prototyping and a product pitch.
