Customer Feedback Examples: How to Receive Feedback

April 4, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Major League Baseball has instituted a few new rules for the 2023 season. This effort was actually several years in the making and is designed to both speed up the pace of play and to make the games more entertaining. We’ll look at what went into the research and how these changes are preserving the integrity of the game and making MLB more fan-friendly at the same time. What does this have to do with associations? The simple answer is everything. Join us for a highly interactive session regarding these lessons for associations that even non-baseball fans will learn from.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn how to listen to your members, sponsors, and partners to create products, programs, and services that resonate with newer audiences and younger demographics.
  • Learn how to test possibilities and make small, incremental changes to grow your association and its reach.
  • Learn how to thoughtfully change the rules of the game to better align your association with its mission and vision.
