As an ambitious co-owner and President of both epiQ Creative Group and Community Leaders Institute, I’ve spent 17 exciting years embracing the ever-changing world of non-profits, associations, events, community, marketing, and sales. With a proven track record of successfully selling 3 companies and acquiring 2 more, I have a knack for transforming a lean team with a limited budget into a powerhouse that scales 5x-10x!

Recognized as an expert marketer specializing in demand generation, my passion and hard work led me to receive the prestigious 2017 IAEE Young Professional of the Year award. I’ve had the privilege to captivate audiences as a speaker and presenter at renowned events and conferences, including IMEX Frankfurt and America, IAEE, ASAE, PCMA, AMPS, and more.

My success stems from unwavering core values: leading with kindness, candor, integrity, taking the extra step, and discipline. I relentlessly pursue professional growth by diving into books and articles, following industry leaders, attending events, and soaking up knowledge from podcasts.
