Taylor Swift is an international sensation. Her talent and following have propelled her into the spotlight, and she honors her loyal and new fans with opportunities to engage at every level. So, how can associations translate The Eras Tour buzz and hype into successful engagement strategies for membership organizations? We’ll outline the tactics Taylor Swift used to create a welcoming environment across platforms to everyone from her fans to the moms of her fans, to engage them pre- and post-concert and how associations can adopt these strategies into a portfolio of engagement solutions throughout the year. Come ready to engage and learn some quick-win concepts you can implement at your own organization.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Understand the Key Engagement Tactics: Participants will be able to identify and explain the primary strategies Taylor Swift used to create a highly engaging and welcoming environment across multiple platforms during The Eras Tour.

Translate Celebrity Engagement Strategies to Membership Organizations: Attendees will learn how to adapt and apply Taylor Swift’s engagement tactics to enhance member engagement in their own organizations throughout the year.
