Course Description:
This session is designed to focus on the different types of executive compensation and employee benefits that are commonly encountered at not-for-profit organizations such as 457(b), 457(f) and other deferred compensation agreements. The session will provide background on these types of compensation vehicles and review both accounting and reporting for such plans, including review of specific Form 990 considerations.

Interpret Form 990 Schedule J and other required disclosures related to executive compensation and benefit plans.
