The Role of AI in Strategic Planning

October 23 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In much the same way that the internet revolutionized how we live and work in the 1990s and 2000s, and that mobile technologies and cloud computing changed our ways of accessing and using information in the 2010s, Artificial Intelligence represents a seismic disruption to how we lead our associations. There is a significant opportunity for associations to utilize AI to enhance their strategic planning – to improve performance and impact, enhance innovation and agility, and to save time and money – and to do so effectively and ethically. This immersive deep dive into the potential (and limitations) of AI will provide delegates with fresh insights into developing AI-human collaboration capability, enabling association executives to think critically and use judgement whilst benefiting from all of the benefits of AI and machine learning.
