Volunteer Management – Making Applying and Selecting Volunteers a More Transparent Process

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Members who volunteer will generally find greater value out of their membership, increasing their likelihood of renewal. We’ll discuss steps taken to improve the application process, ways that the association became more thoughtful in the selection process, and ways they are looking to better engage applicants not selected for a position.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

•  Learn how to streamline volunteer management with our easy-to-use, user friendly system
•  Learn how to make the application and selection process transparent and fair for all applicants
•  Learn how to increase satisfaction of members by providing a more efficient way to get involved
•  Learn how to engage those not selected for a position with increased feedback on their applications
