Maddie Grant is an expert culture designer and digital strategist committed to helping organizations flourish in an ever-changing landscape. Co-founder of the culture consulting firm PROPEL alongside Jamie Notter, she's an authority on digital transformation and bridging generational gaps in the workplace. Maddie has authored several books exploring culture in the digital age, such as When Millennials Take Over (2015), The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement (2019) and Culture Change Made Easy (2024). Since its inception in 2014, PROPEL has specialized in culture-driven growth, achieving remarkable results by transforming workplace culture into a practical business tool.
